Then I can either teach you how to handle the situation yourself (Online Reputation Consulting) or you can hire me to fix it. It completely depends on your particular situation and what works best for you.
Is it difficult? Well, that depends. In some cases it is as simple as writing a few emails and the situation is handled. Other cases need a lot of investigation and hands on work until the situation is finally handled after many, many months.
But whatever the case may be: Nothing is impossible. It is always possible to do something and at least improve the existing scene markedly. The online world is just one aspect of the real world. You can have just one wacky person walking around and spreading false or misleading information about you or your company or in some cases you have to deal with several figures that went down the deep end.
